Guess the grade on this raw toned Morgan

Just picked this nice album toned Morgan up for basically nothing. Any guesses on the grade?

Hard to tell the luster but looks 63-64 ish.

I'd go with 63. Maybe 64 if the grader is in a peppy mood.

I'll agree. Looks like some possible rub on the eagle's breast.

The breast is clean- its an MS coin. The pic was heavily compressed to fit on the PCGS server.

I think About Uncirculated due to slight rub over ear and eagle's breast. Can't rule out weak strike without seeing the coin -

My first thought was 63/64 but then saw the gray above the ear and wouldn't be surprised with a 58 grade
