It was here before I knew it, so I looked through my little box of goodies and pulled out a nice 1859 half dollar. (You don't think I would give away a Kennedy, do you? One of only 8,011,000 minted that year. It is raw and has a little ding on the obverse that will probably keep it that way. A nice piece of history and a full refund if not delighted. Will try to get a picture posted.

Names will be pulled from hat or something similar; probably Monday morning, my wife's 5-0 birthday.

Well, It's Monday morning and I got busy with all the names that went in the hat. I actually printed numbers from 1-150 on a quick excel sheet (a1+1;copy) cut the page into little pieces and put them all in a semi-clean coffee mug.
First let me say that this was an enjoyable thread. I saw some familiar names and some that I don't remember ever seeing before. Thank you for all the responses. I looked into the little box of goodies and pulled 4 more items so that I could give out a few consolation prizes.
Here's goes:
The 1859 half goes to the first number drawn: CARL.
Second number drawn was: USAROK who gets a 2000 U.S. Mint Silver Proof Set
Third number belonged to: DNADAVE who gets a 2002 NGC MS69 Silver Eagle
Fourth was: COINGUY89 who gets a 2003 NGC MS69 Silver Eagle
Fifth was : TMOT99 who gets 1986 U.S. Liberty Commemorative Proof Set (Dollar/Half)
If the winners would PM their address to me, I'll get the little goodies ready for their trip to the P.O.
Enjoy!
Joe

And to complete #2:
I drove My grandma to the doctors that is about 45 minutes away. She fell and broke her shoulder and has had surgery to repair the damage. Unfortunatly the bone from the bone bank has collapsed and she is now needing a total shoulder put in. Over the next few months I will be helping her do things until she gets well again!
