Soliciting opinions on this one. Have any of you heard about this? Doesn't it look like the "I" was buffed off?

I believe that is a filled die error similar to the Delaware "First Stat" error. In that case I don't believe it would really be worth any premium.

Wow............. I pulled a 1995 Washington Quarter out of my pocket last year, and it is completely missing the 1 in 1995. It's a grease filled error and cool to look at........... Maybe I should put it on flea bay too and see what I can get for it....

So does a grease filled error mean the rarity or value is less? I thought a lot of error coins were caused by this and perhaps it was a common way for errors to occur...
