Would you pay for this or not?

Ok I won an ebay lot Sunday night and was going to send a MO out today when I noticed that the seller was just NARU'd. Now this is'nt an expensive coin ($60), but I've gotten no contact from the seller so I'm concerned about sending the pmt. What do you think I should do.

Don't pay. Ebay states that all auctions are null and void when a user is suspended.

Thanks all; I was wondering if this would void the transaction. It's a good and bad thing, I do need that coin but on the good side it is'nt a difficult coin to locate.

You will probably be getting an email from eBay stating that you are no longer required to complete the auction. I would just move on and find the coin somewhere else.

DItto but with school books. Kind of sucks too. He was NARU'd and ebay wouldn't help. So just keep the money!

It's funny, I usually pay for any item I win that day or the next day. For some unknown reason this auction did'nt feel right, (the hammer price seemed a bit low) so I hesitated a couple of days. Turns out that was a good thing.

tell hime to send coin first and then dont pay him..............it will be his karmic debt for the wrongs he has done to other buyers.

jk, get the coin, then pay him.
