hey tell me though cause i dont know alot about cleaning coins other than you should never do it,how can I tell if a coins been cleaned that has apparent toning unlike a chemical tone when people dip or use cleaning products?......


matter of fact which out of the 3 did you say was cleaned?......

In the first set of photos the middle picture in the right most column has loads of parallel scratches to the left of the Eagle's wing. That makes the coin look like it was abrasively cleaned. If you rub a coin with steel wool it might look like that. PCGS would not certify that coin in my opinion.

yes you are almost correct with the scratchs,it look more like a fingernail scratching the suface of a new proof coin,but the pics are bad and ill have to do another series,.....lol...

or jst try to get a good pic or 2 of one of them.....
