Toned Washington quarter - ugly or not?

I don't like it and Heritage has no comment about the coin. They usually have some very interesting descriptions.

Heritage scans never show color well. I've picked up some nice coins that always look better in hand than in the Heritage scans. With that said, I would expect that toning to be too dark. Look at the holder label and you can see they really brightened the image meaning that toning is probably near black.

I agree with the others, and believe the toning to be very unattractive.....
