I purchased this a while ago when I started collecting. Didn't know anything about coins, but liked her face. I always wanted to have it regraded by PCGS or one of the top grading services, but I'm not sure if it is worth it, or which company would be fair. I'd appreciate your thoughts on if it would stay at least a 64...Thanking ya'll in advance.
