    What's there to say? Every Eagles fan knew Trotter wasn't leaving. The thing with the Chiefs was window dressing. Dick Vermiel and his family live in Philly and he has strong business ties in the Philly area. He would never sign a star player away from the Eagles.

    Looks like another upcoming season in the NFC of every other team fighting for second place - Ha Ha!!

    He still could have got more money elsewhere and I liked that he signed with a team that he wanted to play with for less. I wish more players would do what he and Marshall Faulk did instead of just chasing the dollar.
