The coin is in a green label PCGS holder. As far as being a GSA coin, most likely it was as almost all MS 85-CC dollars came from the GSA hoard.

I like it...it looks like the Obverse color is sitting on a PL surface......I love the way the color refects off the surface when that happens!!!

Herb, it's only one type, bag toned. This is a coin that sat undisturbed in a bag for a very long time. Eventually, the "white" part of the obverse toned. If you look at the reverse, it also has faint toning, it's not perfectly white.
