Looks like lamination goin on near Liberty on the edge of the obverse, and the reverse strike is strong in the center but weak on the rear leg and buffs' head.
PCGS grade is MS65. I sent it in to PCGS for regrade, but no luck. Thanks to all for the nice comments about it. The luster is stronger than the image shows, but not bad for shooting it straight on. If I shot it at an angle the luster and color would be brighter. I'm still working on the lighting thing.
I don't have my graysheet with me but the PCGS price guide shows $840 in MS65, $1900 in MS66 and $7000 in MS67. I would say to keep trying for an upgrade. Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 times. It has been my experience that the best results with re-grades is when you pay the highest fees for one-day service directly at a show.

<< I pretty sure that's just flash occasionally seen on edges of the slab. >>
<< <i>Yep. >>
I guess I was trying too hard, The comment on the reverse strike was a bit of hogwash also I am just jealous of such a nice coin, I have been looking for a nice 21P in AU for some time now without any luck.
