I picked this up today for re-sale, its in an early PCGS holder. Has not seen the light of day since Early 1990. The other coins from this group were lock upgrades IMO, but this one looks correct in the holder its in? Whats you opinion on the grade? Pic's are impossible to grade, but try it anyway? (PS OBverse is PL)

Thier are a few very light wispy lines on the obverse under magnification, but not as displayed in the photo in the left field. The photo looks splotchy, but its not the coin. Also the obverse fields are deeply mirrored with frosty detail on the device, with just a mellowing of frost at the highest point on the breasts and upper arm. The reverse is crisp blast white and fully lusterous with no visible lines or marks under 5x mag.
thanks

Nice coin, Jim.
I'd leave the coin in its current holder. Don't get me wrong; it's nicer than the average Seated Dime in 5 that I typically see. But with the tick marks (they are small, but I see a number of them) and the two either carbon spots (or they could be from dip residue), I could see this coin being a 5 all day long.
OTOH, outstanding eye appeal could bump it into a 6 holder; I've seen it a number of times recently.
You have a nice coin, but I can't see it in a 7 holder.

I think that it fits well as a 66 and is not overgraded. I had, but erased, that the coin could be a six depending on how the luster really looked. It is a sweet coin jdimmick and if you ever want to sell it, give me a call.
Here is a 67 for comparison...
