Went to the Burlington, VT Show this weekend and bought this cool coin:
Obverse Click Here
Reverse Click Here
The coin is a bit hazy and I only took quick photos. I may take the haze off and send it in to PCGS.
Really cool cuds on obverse and reverse. I'm not a big error expert ... do you guys think the cuds help or hurt the value?
Thanks!

Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.
I like the cuds & the die crack! It adds a lot of character! Unfortunately cuds are one of the things we don't always get to keep enjoying
when the O-ring overlaps the rim in a slab.
How are the surfaces? The coin looks a bit shiny, or is that just the pic?
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

I was thinking the same thing.
but I wouldn't send it in ... looks like a BB in my opinion (from the picture I'd say 95% chance it's cleaned, luster removed ... too shiny)
“We are only their care-takers,” he posed, “if we take good care of them, then centuries from now they may still be here … ”

Melmcbee ... yes, that is the most prominent cud on the coin. There are also cuds surrounding most of the rim on the obverse.
ms70, Cladiator and pursuitofliberty ... the pics I posted are cruddy. I'm pretty confident that the coin is original and will be slabbed. Probably an MS63, but I am hoping for an MS64. We'll see!

Nice to meet you and good to do business with you.
I was swamped at the show! Nice turnout from the public. I'm glad Dieter Kaltz will be doing the show four times a year.
