Can my (prime number) quarterly freebie be a crossover submission? I have a 1907-D $5 Lib in NGC that I want to cross.

I'm the Proud recipient of a genuine "you suck" award dated 1/24/05. I was accepted into the "Circle of Trust" on 3/9/09.

According to Russ you can crossover I think I've read other posts about people doing it also.

Sure enough. Mine was an 1847 1/2 dime from NGC 63 to PCGS 63. Lee
