can anyone give me the GS prices for 1999 state quarters or any other years?

    Yep, the Gray Sheet only prices state quaters in the form of BU and Proof rolls. Currently the most expensive BU roll bid is $30 for the Tennessee P-mint issue. For the Proofs, the highest bids are for the 1999 silver coins, which you might expect. Each of those issues are bid at $1,100.00 a roll.
