That was my first thought to he was only 43.. I figured he was near that age when he finally retired.

I remember his days at Iowa and he was part of something special there. This is really sad

I never thought I'd see a better professional punter than Ray Guy until Roby came along......he dominated from his specialist's position - a real rarity in pro ball.
