What's wrong with this PCGS slab?

I just received this 1990-S 50C PCGS PR69DCAM on eBay Link. What do you see wrong and is it something worth getting corrected?

When the blue label first came out in 1998 (I believe) they did not put the coin number above the serial number. I'd leave it in that slab and not reholder. Its not worth getting coorrected because thats the way they did it for a while.

The label sitting crooked like that is a little distracting. Don't know if it's worth the reholder cost's though? Lee
