Pretty coin, I voted AU55 and would pay close to MS60 money for one like it.

Went with a net grade of AU 50. I'm not crazy about the surface texture to give it a solid 55.

attractive coin... perhaps 53. If the lustre is good, it may go 55. I know the leg shows wear easily, but I think there is alittle too much flatness to go higher than 53... Just MHO... and it is not perfect...

I'd buy it all day long as an ef45, like it as a 50, would have to see in person to go 55.

call it a 53 from here.

since you have already said "not so lusterous" ... I think I'd go AU50 ... choice detail, near full head ... nice picture too!

  • I went with AU55 - I really like the "classic" look of that coin.

thanks for all the responses, my images never seem to capture the luster. My camera's macro mode doesn't cut it so I shoot through
a big magnifier which distorts image sometimes. Anyway this coin seems to me to have AU details with EF Luster and the price was right
and toning/dirt really shows the details.
