Does Freddy Mitchell ever shut up?

Now he's going on saying that TO came in and took his touches this year, and that's why he didn't have any numbers.

Good lord...this guy needs to shut his trap.

I can't wait to hear TO's response, if he take's it personally. This may become an epic battle of the mouth's.

Well unlike Freddy, TO has the game to back up his talk.

Freddie knows he's gonna soon be an ex-Eagle. So he's trying to raise his stock a little bit but it won't work. He always looks great in training camp but just can't do it in the games. He never gets separation from the defenders and most of his catches happen many seconds into the play when the play has basically broken down. Any receiver can get open during this time. Except for a few nice plays for instance in that playoff game versus Green Bay, two seasons ago, he has been a bust for a first round pick.
  • We have an Arena 2 league team here in Ft. Myers, (as if Arena Football needs a minor league system).

Maybe FredExEagle will show up. I'd like to see him get laid out on the turf. His mouth does not belong in Philly.

    Keyshawn Johnson

Give me the ball.....give me the ball! Ooops, dropped it.

i am not a big keyshawn fan but to compare freddie to him. you must be drinking! keyshawn is way better then any reciever eagles have except TO.
  • Anyone catch Freddie Mitchell being interviewed by Leno's roving reporter at the Super Bowl? It was pretty hysterical.image

Not comparing anything but their mouths. Both talk more than they produce. Mitchell needs to go and Philly fans will be the first to boot him out for causing trouble. Meshawn of course had the same issues in TB.

<< <i>"Donovan, he dry heaves a lot when he gets under certain situations. It's happened before. It's happened in the NFC Championship game.

"He was dry heaving and he couldn't get the words out in the play, so he gave me hand signals. ... I basically called the play and knew what the coaches were thinking in that situation. I called the play out and went on from there." >>

I couldn't believe he actually made this statements. It basically translates to McNabb having an anxiety attack and caving in under pressure. It'd be interesting to see how he and Donovan will get along if the Eagles can't get rid of them next year.

he will be waived by march 3rd i think! i hope not love to see them in turmoil next year!
  • not a team player

Isn't he still under contract? I doubt they'll outright waive him and eat his contract, but there's no way he's in philly next year.

  • I think he'd fit in nicely with the Saints.
