SLAB QUESTION

Hello:Every so often I run across a coin that has seemed to shift in its slab.Does anybody out there know if the coin is re-holdered will it shift again? Appreciate any info you can provide.

On some of the older slabs tapping the slab will put the coin right, on a newer slab it's just poor quality control.

Sometimes even tapping a newer PCGS slab on the edge will move it. But it's much much much more tedious a task than the old rattlers.
