It has decent fields that reflect fairly well. The devices are frosted but not heavy cameo frost. The coin has light tan toning which makes it look a bit dull.
<< <i>I was thinking this is a case where the toning is hurting the eye appeal of this coin. I am seriously considering sending it to NCS for a dipping >>
So, are you saying this is an MS67??!! Or better yet, an MS67PL??? Dip that thing.....

I agree, and think it would go a 7+..Thats one clean queen. Al...............If I had it I would dip her myself.
All guesses were 65 or higher. There are no replies after I revealed ACG graded this coin 65 DMPL. There is no shame in agreeing with ACG as nobody thought this coin was DMPL. So it is OK to say ACG got the 65 part right....

It is currently graded MS 65 DMPL by ACG. I think it could end up 65/66 PL... We will see.
Edited to add: Yup there look like a hit at 9:30 on the reverse rim.
