I got a bag of Wisconsin-D quarters early last week from the Tennessee distribution center from the mint. Nothing in there but some nice looking quarters. Oh well, the risk/reward was worth the $15 I lost.

If this truly is a die gouge, I seriously doubt that you would find them in a mint set. Besides, the Denver mint is the one sponsoring this search, not San Francisco.
