A month ago I would have said 65 at PCGS. Now, I would say 64. Very nice coin.

MS64 (scuff in front of the mouth is too big/distracting for a 65)... nice coin!

Have to go with 65, though elements of a 66.....too many little ticks on the face and scuff in obv field....couple of spots make mme wonder if 'washed'?? When do we find out??!!??!!
