VG-10 because the obverse looks to me like a F-12 and the reverse looks like a G-6.

It's a tough one to grade. If the obverse is any indication, in terms of wear the coin is probably "better" than whatever grade it deserves.

Overall, I'd guess it's worth about VG-10 money.

This is the first Starred Reverse I've owned. It's a cool coin, whatever it grades. Even if it doesn't grade. Anyway, I'll know the grade later this week. Stay tuned!
