I started collecting as a young boy(gramps did it to me),I'm now 51 years old.I mainly collect early dollars but do just about any type of coins.I can remember my first bust dollar,It was like a dream come true.I started with G's & VG's and am now at the VF & XF range.At one time I owned 19 early dollars,I just sold 7 to buy my latest coin,a 1795 Flowing Hair with silver plug in PCGS xf 45,that puts me down to 13.

It seem that just about everyone would like to own a bust dollar,no matter what the grade,so,as a token of my thankfolness to the great people of this board,and to David Hall,for letting us have this board,

I'm putting up a Bust Dollar as a give away coin( what am I,NUTS) that puts me down to 12.image

Now the coin is not a B.U. coin but,a bu (beat up)coinimage. Sorry I can't post a picture of it,the winner will just have to wait untill it gets there.

All you have to do is reply to this post before 2-1-05,6PM board time.I will draw a winner and let you know by 2-2-05.

OK,here's what I did,


I gave every one a number,

I got out the poker chips and marked them with a felt tip pen,

I put the chips in a plastic bag,

Shooked and stired for three min,

Reached in and pick out,

THE WINNER,

and that is,
