That would be my guess. A quick check over at NGC showed 0 xf coins, and just a handful of au examples. I would assume the pcgs pop's would be similar. ANACS may have more, but still I would think these are sparse at that level.
What the heck? Splurge on the ms/64 example from the BigE!
It appears that I might have to open myself up for the possibility of getting a Mint State version, less than MS64 please (my wallet is already screaming at me!).
