I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I'd also think that regardless of order level, it's not unreasonable to expect that submissions would be entered in to the system within 24 hours of receipt.

<< <i>Here's the deal. I sent in an express submission by express mail. It was signed for yesterday afternoon at 1:38 PM PST, but is not yet entered in the system. So, I call. Their excuse? It wasn't marked "express submission", so it was just tossed in a pile. Gee, you'd think that express mail envelope might have given them a clue.

I totally agree!
The last submission batch I got back wasn't entered into the system for a week... and I know when they received it because I dropped it off in person.
I'm also waiting for my question to be answered in the Q&A forum for over a year now so I really shouldn't have sweated the 2 weeks...

I've managed to do that twice and gotten delayed. For some reason, it's just not easy for me to remember to label the envelope
after spending 30 to 60 minutes looking up and triple-checking coin numbers, carefully labeling flips, and filling out the submission form, calculating shipping, etc.
And that's for a moderate coin submission.
I equate it with writing that 22 digit account number on my check to the utility company to "help out" the staff. What are we paying these people for anyway?

I sent in an express order once without marking the outside of the package. They did it fast. I didn't know we were supposed to do
that. But now that I no longer belong to the Collectors Club it really doesn't matter.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Just mark every submission EXPRESS - whether it is or not !!!
If it was your business would you incur the cost to have someone enter the submission postehaste just so it can sit there for 60 days? You spend resources on bottlenecks and this is hardly a bottleneck. I agree a better response time is in order. Yeah and I see dumb chits who can't or don't think everywhere I go.
<< <i>FEDEX your orders, I have NEVER had a FedEx order not entered in the same day! Express mail, registerd mail, always had at least some issue with registerd mail or priority mail >>
Do you have outside insurance? Fedex doesn't insure coins.
<< <i>PS: But, I do love PCGS. You guys are great!

<Witholding true feelings until AFTER the grading of these coins....I suspect>
<< <i>The last time I marked the package express, the gal at the p.o. counter said "you can't mark it express if you are sending the coin registered." She proceeded to place stickers over the box to block out the "express service" designation I had put on each side of the box. Maybe PCGS needs to adopt a new term. >>
Yeah, this was what I was kinda thinking... not the best idea to write things like that on the box anyways... "Express Submission" "Regular Submission" or whatever... doesn't feel safe to me...
