So they couldn't give me a 69 DCAM? Grades back

Does it have much value in 68dcam? I thought it was a stunner. Used my free vouchers for this submission.

Normally $30 to $35. Recently, though, I saw one sell for over $100. The right couple of newbs came along.

Don't feel bad, it's DAMNED tough to squeeze a 69DCAM out of PCGS for the early years. I've only made two for 1968 and none for 1969 and 1970. I could cover a wall with the 68DCAMs.

Edit because I can't read. I thought your PR68DCAM was a half! Ignore the above. The nickel is about $25.

  • I'd be happy with a 68s PR68DC Jeff. image

This coin went 68DCAM on a submission last year. I have a couple of '69-S nickels in right now that should go at least 68DCAM. The day I ever score a 69DCAM on a pre-1972 coin I think I'll faint.

  • I would take that coin, crack it, and try som goo-gone on it. The haze is what is holding it back. If that does not work try MS70 be careful not to stripe it with hair lines

Try the dimes. The only two I've ever sent in, (a 1968-S and a 1969-S), both went PR69DCAM. Obviously, they're easy. image

I've only tried one, and made a 1970-S in 68DCAM. I nearly made back the slabbing fee when I sold it, too. image I have a '60 and a very nice '68-S in now. Obviously I'm a neophyte at this, learning as I go along, and with nothing approaching the volume some of you guys submit. Really I'm just in the game for the quick bucks and the YOU SUCKS. image
