AT and not convincing to anyone except the naive.

In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Very hard to believe anyone would think that natural. It is beautiful but looks manufactured to me.

But...but....but.....look at this quote from the auction!!!

"I had a professional Morgan Dollar Specialist & long time PCGS/NGC member authenticate this coin as GENUINE and grade it as a Choice AU with BU details. "

Which one of you "members" is to blame?

Hey did you scroll all the way down and see his Trivia question?

    "THIS WEEK'S Coin Trivia!

DID YOU KNOW? -- Toning is usually a thin film of oxidized silver in combination with another compound, usually sulphur. The thin film results in light interference layers that produce various colors. Toning can enhance the value of a coin if it is an attractive rainbow, vivid bands or light delicate shades. "

I actually didnt see that untill after...no kidding.
