The all new "How To Post Pictures On This Forum"

Well, I created the original FAQ 2 "How To Post Pictures" almost 2 years ago. I've seen it TTT'd many times and other variations of questions people have had. Out of a desire to help and improve on what I did before, I've created a web page with more detailed instructions on how to post pictures here both from external sites and using CU hosted pages.
