just wanted to thank Randy for all of the work he performed in arranging the purchase of the 2005 Silver Eagles for Board members. I recieved my 2 rolls today, and he did an outstanding job in packaging the rolls.

Yep, I dropped one into my Dansco SAE album. Looks great in there all fresh and white while the older ones (like that old 2004) are toning strongly already. I didn't realize how fast those things tone in a Dansco, I've only had the album since summer 2004.

Quick question....Is it normal for the reverse to be showing when you open up the roll. I remember my 2004 roll to have the obverse showing on top.

Another quick question/observation, the difference b/w this roll and my 2003 roll is height. This roll appears to be one coin "taller" if you will. Looks like these don't stack as well? Might account for having to tape the top down?

They came in such a big box, I was hoping that Randy had shipped me an entire green monster and I would have them all ... muahahhahahahhahaha

(ie....lot of packaging and a little treasure hunt to find my 2 little measly tubes.)

Thanks Randy! I recieved mine yesterday. Man the way the top isn't sealed it makes you wonder if all the other years really contained 1oz of silver per coin. You'll never be able to buy an unopened roll or 2005's and be sure they weren't picked through!
