................do you have that one coin that is borderline MS69-MS70? I am looking to buy that coin for a Dansco Album collection. Must not have the "bubble" on the sun at the 10 oclock position. Willing to pay premium. Please send scan or pic if possible and PM with price including S&H.
Thanks

I seem to remember the same problem last year, or maybe the year before.

<< <i>Could you post a picture of the 'bubble'? Cheers, RickO >>
I dont have a camera or a scanner. Even then I dont think it would show as you have to hold the coin at an angle to really see it. Straight on it blends with the sun.

I found 2 that did not have the "Bubble" effect.
And, only just 6 that I consider good enough (MS69) to send in for certification. Real bummer! Noticed lots of "fuzz" from cotton gloves, maybe? One strike-thru (a thread) and the remainder just terrible.
Spots, little tiny, "bright? spots, reed damage, you name it.
Don't recall previous years being this bad.

Ron,
Thanks for the photos on the SAE3 photo you can see the spot(bubble) at the 10 o'clock position. If you look at the SAE2 photo this is not visible from this angle.
Thanks
Ernie
