The battle of unbeaten quarterbacks in the AFC, who wins?

Tom Brady has never lost a game in the Playoffs and Big Ben has just never lost a game, which streak will come to an end?

If Roethlisberger doesn't play a ton better than he did the last game, it will be over quickly. I still believe the Pats win anyways as they once again gave the Colts the boot.

Pittsburgh's defense is incredible and I don't look for them to loosen up next week but like Dirtmonkey says....Ben must get over the jitters between now and then for their offense to do well.

I got to stick with my Steelers.

As much as I am rooting for the Steelers, my money would be on New England. I see many ways that New England can win and can only see the Steelers winning if they win the turnover battle.
  • The Pats win it... they step their game up when needed... as they did against the Colts. The Pitts defense is incredible?? Pats held the Colts to 3 points... now that is incredible. Should be a great game.

I'll be rooting for the Steelers to get into the Super Bowl. I think the Super Bowl extravaganza is too much for a rookie quarterback to handle and it would affect his game giving the Eagles a better chance to win.

I think so many people look past Brady and the Pats because they just win with such workman like precision. I think people want flashy (i.e. Vick) or gaudy numbers (i.e. Peyton), all the while overlooking the absolute dynasty the Patriots have going. And they got to add Corey Dillon this past offseason? Are you kidding me. Unbelieveable.

Doesn't matter which of these teams get to the super bowl...either one would destroy philly or atlanta.

The balance of power has definitely shifted to the AFC in the past few years, after years of dominance by the NFC.
  • The Pats win this one. There are so many stats and many proven games. Everyone screamed for the Colts, while I still said pats. Now look where the colts are. The same fates waits for the steelers.
  • I think the Patriots win this game. I've looked up stats and one in particular that was interesting is that Belichick coached teams are 13-0 when facing the same QB later in the season.

In January playoff games in the North, it's typically the running game that dominates the offense and that's how I see this game. I think it's going to be a pretty close game to the end with a lot of running and short passes to control the clock, and if it is a close game, I like the Steeler's chances.
  • Pats and Steelers have equal chances of winning...it comes down to execution.

I am certainly pulling for the Steelers - but the Patriots are one of the best teams in recent memory in the areas of coaching and execution. Pittsburgh will need to play an almost flawless game, as I bet the Pats will. Should be a good one.

If the Patriots are so great, what happened to them the last time they played Pittsburgh? Were they not trying that game and now they are playing "for reals"? Patriots are a joke and Tom Brady looks like an inbred hillbilly.

I think the game is too closely matched to call. You can quote stats favoring either side 'til you're blue in the face. Last week, it was the unstoppable Manning that was going to tear apart the Pats depleted secondary. Now that the Pats stopped the Colts offense and the Steelers struggled, all the sudden everybody is back on the Pats bandwagon. I predict whoever wins the AFC game will then get all the hype for the SB. The sports pundits are so predictable.

I think the team that wins will have played the most physical game with the fewest mistakes. I'll be pulling for my Steelers but won't be shocked if the Pats win.
