New 1/2 dime purchase...toner alert

Just picked it up today with some others coins, but by far the favorite.

I did my best to catch the beautiful toning, the reverse is mostly white with light spots of toning, but the obverse was the key, with the bronze toning with greenish/blue rims.

Can I ask the grade?? Guessing MS-65?

It's in an old green holder with a grade of MS-64. My dealer showed it to me and said, I don't think you'd be interested but take a look at this.
