Excellent point! Sometimes it takes someone else to point out the deficiency.
Zach, I believe this one wouldn't DCAM as NGC needs the full reverse to be chalky white.

I agree with 100proof1957. The reverse tail feathers looks like they have a weak frost that would stop them from going Dcam or maybe it's just the pictures that is blocking out the frost on the tail feathers.

PCGS requires the full DCAM reverse also. the shield on the reverse keeps it from DCAM at either service.
