    why wouldnt I?? Red hot Rams my a$$! lost to panthers 20-7 lost to cardinals 31-7 beat 3rd string philly team 20-7. took ot vs. jets to make playoffs at 8-8! barly beat another team that didnt belong in the playoffs seahawks.

    Falcons and eagles well rested facing 2 8-8 teams this will be 2 very unentertaining games!! as will the steelers game. you want to watch a good game its colts pats.

    colts 24 pats 20 this is my opionion i know opionion's are like a$$holes everyone has 1!!!

    but i am very confident on the falcons destroying the rams(red hot whatever)!

    LOL kuhlmann, I think statistics show that all the home teams and all unders are the "best" plays for this round. I really like under 52.5 for the Pats/Colts game, the field is nasty.

    The only thing that would allow the Falcons to win this game is if Mike Vick is allowed to run rampant - If Saint Louis has a way to contain him they should win this game.

    You not confident with your falcons this week? saw a stat that the crowd caused 25 false starts for opposing team in dome this year. that place will be loud as he$$ saturday night and everyone will be wearing red. i smell a blowout! falcons win easy vick is resting in 4th quarter!

    Rams cant contain him they are 29th vs the run this year! vick might get 80+ yards and dunn over 100 and duckett over 60 long day for rams! sorry man i could be wrong but this is my bet of the decade! take falcons!

    kuhlmann, I think the line (ATL -7) is about right, but it's -6.5 in the place I look up that stuff. I’d lean towards ATL –7. The Falcons
    have proven that they can do well after rest. Vick played very little in the preseason and in 2 of 4 of their preseason games the Falcons offense was shutout yet they won their first 4 regular season games including a week 2 34-17 thrashing of the Rams. After their “bye” week, they won 3 in a row. I was at the earlier Falcons/Rams game and the crowd proved to be a huge factor. When Bulger was at his own goal line, the crowd went nuts and he turned it over – TD Falcons. But this cannot be ignored – the Falcons are 7-1 SU at home, but a mere 3-5 ATS. The Rams are pretty pathetic on the road – I believe something like 6-14 ATS in their past 20 road games. I am fairly confident in
    a Falcons win, but I could see the Rams scoring late to lose by less than 7. With the exception of last year, historically home teams dominate this round. Since 1996, only the Rams have been favored by a TD or more and lost (last year to Car). And favorites of 7 or more are 10-2-1 ATS.

    In that eariler Falcons/Rams game, the Rams had no running game whatsoever. I think Steven Jackson is "Questionable" with bruised ribs, but he'll probably play. Also DeAngelo Hall didn't play in the first meeting. I predict a lower scoring game - something like 27-17 Falcons.

    Also, I have heard a lot of people saying "look what Carolina did" in reference to a road team winning multiple playoff games. That is pretty rare, but I think the only team that is even close to Carolina is the Jets since they both know how to play DEFENSE. Minn and Stl will go 0-2 SU and probably 0-2 ATS this weekend.

    Believe it or not the Rams have a winning record when allowing a hundred yard rusher and a good one at that. I don't remember the actual record but they showed it when Stephen Alexander was running all over us and I was astounded. The Rams run D has greatly improved the last few weeks, the line is playing inspired and Jimmy Kennedy has been a force. Still Vick scares the hell out of me, I was laughed at when I said all he does is win games, but it's true. I expect it to be a good game with the Rams pulling it out, I wouldn't be surprised if the score doesn't reach the over though (48 is alot).

    Colts +3 is a great line. I live in Las Vegas and the Casino I went to yesterday had Colts +1.5 (opened at +2.5). A lot of early money going on the Colts. I'm originally from Indianapolis so I hope they do win!!! image

    Edited to add: I don't like the over in that Eagles game. I'm thinking Eagles 24-10 or 24-17. With Moss hobbled by that ankle, I don't look for them to put very many long balls. The Eagles should be able to minimize the big plays.

    away. I've given the Jets no respect at all. I picked against them both weeks. Their defense was tough!

    aconte - The Jets can match the Steelers physical play (and did again today) but unfortunately as is usually the case the "play not to lose" mentality hurts the Jets offense.

    already lost my 10$ so im not getting overconfident... falcons to the superbowl is great for my store. all the falcon backers have been showing up all week.

    Looks like a shootout, Rams can't stop the Falcons but this team can come back quick with "Big Game" Torry Holt. Just need a couple stops now. If we do lose I'd like to see Vick in the Superbowl too, that guy is great to watch!

    philly will get the win but NE is going down. image the spread has dropped from 3 to even this week.

    i JUST saw on ESPN winter storm @ gametime in NE, if the Colts get the ball early it could be all over when the weather comes.
