eBay Price Increases are mostly for EBAY STORES ONLY!

I reread the letter and it is my analysis that the fee increase is for the stores only. (though there are buy it now and gallery increases). Unless I am reading this wrong, maybe most of us dont need to panic so much, what do you think?
