Ebay. Check the closed auction results. Your coins are worth what people are willing to pay and Ebay's info will tell you what they're paying within the last few weeks.
I've had great transactions with people like: drwstr123, CCC2010, AlanLastufka, Type2, Justlooking, zas107, StrikeOutXXX, 10point, 66Tbird, and many more!
  • If you're a seller, eBay.
    If you're a buyer, Heritage.

  • I been using completed eBay auctions and the TeleTrade price guide. Those usually run 50-80% of the PCGS price guide for PCGS slabs. IMHO, the most accurate assement of your collection's value is what people are currently paying. Of course, there is the occasional bid frenzy and coins may go for more than usual, but that only happens whenever I have personally placed a bid (and lose) image

  • Teletrade's is a farce....notice how the same coin, same grade, same TPG sells for the SAME alot? I dont mean within a buck or two, but EXACTLY the same...I have bought a bunch of stuff from them in the past (some keepers, some send backers, as their photo ability leaves a bit to be desired)...but it still seems to me that the 'bids' are almost like fixed prices...sure, some are ripped, but those are few and far between....

  • Wow, I didn't know you could look at past prices at ebay. How does one do so? or do you guys mean looking at the feedback score/past auctions of other known coin dealers?

Click on the Advanced Search link (usually below the Search button). This page gives you a "Completed listings only" checkbox. I think you only get about 30 days worth of data, but it's better than nothing. It would be great if eBay compiled an archive of coin prices, then maybe we'd have something?
