Just received this one in the mail today and thought I'd share it with you. Tough date to find with any colorful toning. If you have a 42d with nice color I'd love to see it. Added a duplicate further down the thread. Anybody else got one to show?

<< <i>I must say, I am guilty of looking at each an every one of your colorful quarters over at the pcgs registry. They are awesome! If PCGS awarded "points" for toning, you'd be at No. 1 >>
ChuckC, Thanks! It's nice to know people actually take time to look. I love Washington quarters with color and I'm having a lot of fun trying to find more colorful coins to replace the ones I already have. Neverending process!
Sure would like to see some other toned 42d's. If you got one, show it!
Looking for PCGS AU58 Washington's, 32-63.
Regarding the toning, are there certain types of albums, holders, etc. that that type of toning typically comes from? I have some Wayte Raymond toned quarters, but they don't look like that!

This one is only lightly toned with golden hues, and furthermore is raw in an album, not a pcgs holder.
Still.. better looking than anyone else's that responded to your post, AKrick

Hey Baley, thanks for posting your 42d. Nothing wrong with a golden hue!
ChuckC, I really have a hard time selling my duplicates. Takes me a while to say goodbye. I'll keep you posted should I decide to sell one.

Thanks for reminding me. When you sell me the coin I want I'll get in touch with ChuckC and sell him one of my 42d's.
... of course when it comes to colorful quarters, I think most would agree you are kind of like a Hoover!
Mine looks like Baleys, but not quite as nice ... a decent steel/gold AU55+ ... no picture on it yet.
