Reverse looks a little mushy. There are a few marks on the neck, a few low right on the reverse and the shield, and there appears to be lots of die polish evident in the fields. The luster looks decent. I like it as a MS64, maybe 5 if the marks are minor in hand.

Its okay... I don't think it gets to a 65 Russ and I know it can't be the quality of your photo

As for what PCI graded it, I am not going to venture a guess

I think it's about a PCGS 64, maybe a 65.

In the old green label it gets a 64/65 grade.

In the gold label? Easily 66, possibly 67.

WOW! That's a bit odd, isn't it? I'm not that familiar with PCI grading, but I am surprised that they undergraded by that much.

In their early days, they were extremely conservative. I once cracked out two old PCI MS65CAM 1967 SMS Kennedys and both graded MS67CAM at PCGS.

Not even worth the submission fee. I only bought it because of the novelty of having a grossly undergraded PCI slab. It cost less than $5.

To determine old PCI look for the green label and pointed "6s" and/or pointed "9s".

I got here too late to play, but my first question would have been 'old PCI or new PCI'. MS60 is ludicrous - gotta love those 10-digit PCI slabs. The center of the shield on the reverse looks to weakly struck for a 65, so I also agree with the 64.
