PCGS grading

you cant submit your coins with the fee for the grading ( $30 or 60$ a coin) you have to upgrade from a base level club account up? since when did this happen. when i joined ( on the free) i had to pay for all the coins i had graded( which i dont mind) but i could get to form fill out my member # and pay by money order or what have you. what am i to do now. upgrade or what?

after reading up on this and seeing how silver is now $49. i need to really find a dealer by me i can trust to send this in or a board member who has the time and doesnt mind a little extra green in their pocket. i dont remember siver membership was 49$ a year.

I've submitted my last coin to PCGS. When I paid for a gold membership there was no minimum on the number of coins submitted for regular service. Now they have imposed a five coin minimum. It's likely I will only have five or ten coins to submit all year, and I am not going to wait until I meet their minimums. So I will be using ANACS.
