One of the Coolest Coins I've Ever Been Able to Buy (and it's PCGS Certified!)

I won't bore you with the details as to why these are scarce, but suffice it to simply state many of these were thrown overboard vessels and were destroyed. They also were minted poorly. Couple that with the fact most didn't really circulate.

I just picked this one up today and it goes straight to my keeper box! It's the first I've seen in problem free lower circulated.

    I picked it up from a local Dealer who had it slabbed for me. I won't tell you what I paid, but will tell you he retreived it from a small bag of junk foreign coins that walked in off the street. He had no idea it was in there and simply paid the seller by the pound.

    Pat good to see you still your still hunting the best of the best of the lowest in the G catagory. I like the coin! And with a cert PCGS even! Hope all has been well, i`ve had my hands full the past two years, just stopped by to see how everyone is doing, collecting more art than coins, if we dont talk best to you... Matt

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
