"-What do these items have in common?

-They all belong to the same unfocused collector. image "

Nice results, didn't you mention that you also had a couple of British proofs from 1887?

I bet they were World Coin Service which is 10 days for NGC.

The coins came today... The 1721c Wildman Taler was not actually slabbed. Apparently, it is just a hare too large for an NGC slab... I thought the coin was 44MM which is the NGC limit (I believe)... so apparently nothing can contain the Wildman... a small victory for those that are not in favor of slabs.

Initially, I was alittle disappointed with the GB 1728 6d (plumes) at a EF45... after a closer look, I think they made the right call. The hindenburg is a blazer and I thought 66 minimum... I am not complaining, just pointing out the subjective nature of grading.

These were submitted under the World Coin 10 day turn around service and NGC was alittle late... and that is okay because of the Holidays...even graders deserve a break... even the PCGS gradersimage
