Just signed up for the World Series of Grading

Well, I know I just threw away $50 but,... It sounds like a fun challenge to me, I'm set for 1/13 at 11:00am. Did anybody do this last year? Any suggestions? I suppose I'll give a grade to a problem coin or body bag an ok coin or something that will knock me out... Any advice would be really fun, no pun.

If only they came to a town near me.

I'd enjoy doing it and seeing how inconsistent I am. But I'll probably take another grading class first. I'm planning to go to the advanced seminar next year in Colorado. Unless I get wacky and find a way to pull it off this year.

I did basic and advanced last year. I loved it.

The basic was a lot of fun. Some fellow board members were even there. I'd love to do it again, though.

my only problem with the coins they had last year in baltimore was that at least four of them developed PVC inside the holder and i marked them as such. When i got my scores the coins i marked bb's had actual grades and i lost quite a few points. I tried to appeal but i to no avail (no response), so be careful
