Getting the 20lbs. of Heritage Catalogs on CD

Usually when I get the Heritage catatlogs, they come with a little form that you fill out if you want them to send you the catalogs on CD. I did not see it in the package that I got. Any help will be appreciated.

did it really weight 20 lbs? wow! sad thing is, i threw away all but 1 of the volumes (the green vol 1), as i know in advance i can't afford any of the super mega-grade (or mega-bucks) coins in the other catalogs...

Yep, at least. I gave mine to my daughter (age 5). She likes to cut out the pictures of the pretty coins and make collages out of them. I should probably ask Heritage to stop sending them -- I never read them, preferring to get all the information I need online.
