Finally! My first MS68 NGC Franklin Half!

I've been searching many years for a bright, honest to goodness MS68 NGC Franklin half. I'd even have accepted one in MS68 via PCGS. Of course this is a POP ONE coin with no others graded, for the entire series!

Well, my search is over. I can't wait to get this one in hand! (The Registry points must be amazing...)

A truly amazing example of a business strike. I wonder how many rolls had to be searched to find this one? And why not the star? Surely a business strike of this quality would deserve a star.

Guys, the insert is confirming this is a Mint State coin (I just checked on the NGC Website). Now... Come on! Why are you raining on my parade? We all know Teletrade photos make coins look way brilliant.
I might resubmit this one for the coveted STAR, but it's a 68 all day and all night long!!.

That's just like the 1965 Kennedy that recently sold on the Heritage auction for $2800+. It was "graded" as a MS 67. The description ACTUALLY stated it had a CAMEO reverse! Wonder how many "mistkes" there really are in slabs. LOL Ray

Oh crap, that was my coin in the TT auction. It was from a Teletrade submission and I didn't even notice that it was mislabeled, no wonder it went for too much money. The coin should have got the CAMEO designation though! I'm sure it will be returned and all will be well.
