I once bought a coin from this seller quite a while back and it was cleaned. I tracked the seller's actions for a short period and found the seller buys other eBayer's junk coins and lots and turns around and sells them for a couple of grades higher than what they were bought at. Note the seller only wants payment funds that can't be reversed in case of dispute.

That also reminds me of another seller that used to buy red label, key date PCI coins, crack them out and then sell them as no problem coins.
