Mint Wasting Money

I ordered 10 additional Silver proofs sets from the mint,
after inspecting them one was missing a COA.
I called and they said they send it out in 3-5 business
days. Today I recieved a box 6"x11"x4" with bubble
inserts and one COA, this is the same size box they sent
the 10 sets in. But better yet it was Priority Overnighted to me.
Can the mint be any more wasteful???
Just thought you might like to hear about this.
The orginal order took 3 days.

About the best service I've ever herd anybody complain about. Customer service does't cost anything it make for more custimers. And I don't care if it's a goverment run or private run business.

At the place where I work we have had customers take us to task for what they thought were wasteful packaging practices. I say good for them.
