I would put exactly what it is, dollar, half dollar, etc.. and in cases of error coins, those are metal crap.

I always put "collectible souvenir". A few months ago, the lady at the post office told me that I had to put EXACTLY what was in the package. She knows that I am a coin dealer. Doesn't that just suck.

Just put "ACG graded coins" on the custom's form. That will help to prevent theft of the package.
