There are a few scratches around the thigh.

Though to be honest, I'd want to see the coin in hand, as it looks to me that there may be a VERY slight amount of rub on the right thigh which would make this technically a VERY nice AU-58. But even if that were the case, this one would still probably go for 63 money, and would still almost certainly be market graded anyway.
