65 FH, assuming the scratches on Liberty's right thigh are in the plastic.

Definitely a full head and probably MS-64. If the luster is great, it might outshine the marks on the thigh and make this MS-65FH instead of 64FH.

I'd say MS-64FH. I think the scratches on the right thigh would keep it out of 65.

Though to be honest, I'd want to see the coin in hand, as it looks to me that there may be a VERY slight amount of rub on the right thigh which would make this technically a VERY nice AU-58. But even if that were the case, this one would still probably go for 63 money, and would still almost certainly be market graded anyway.
