Shipping Question -- Weight and Cost for Proof Set

A seller is telling me proof sets weigh one pound, and I need to pay $3.75 for regular mail, plus a $3.00 seller "handling fee," for a single proof set. So does $3.75 sound about right for a proof set via regular mail?

    Proof set padded envelope no extras. 91 cents
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    Was the $3 handling fee stated in his auction? What kind of special hands does he have? Does he blow off the dust like madmarty does?image Thats crazy!
